Room was very clean. Bathroom was tiny with small sink outside Bathroom. Scary location in Shreveport. Bonus, near police sub station. Dogs started barking in the night. Called front desk. They came up. Dogs stopped for half an hour and then started up again. It was a long night.
We were very impressed with this place. It is completely renovated and it's very clean and smells good. All the bedding and towels were very clean. Everything was working in the room and the water was hot with a wonderful shower head. There's plenty of places to charge your phones or laptops. The breakfast was really great! The staff was excellent! We were pretty impressed and we would definitely stay there again. My parents got a room down the hall and they agree.
I’m from another state and my first time actually visiting shreveport, Louisiana. There services were excellent from the time I walked in the smell was fresh and everything was clean. Latonya & Jennifer were wonderful, friendly, and sweet. They made the stay feel safe and welcoming. Along with the cleaning crew so kind and friendly too! I will definitely visit and stay here again!
We were here for about a week and had no problems. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast foods were great. The price was very affordable. The bathroom was very small. That's my only negative comment. We will stay here again when traveling to this area.
The hotel is right next to the airport but the room was quiet. Looks like the property was just refurbished and updated. Property was clean and well kept. Room was small/tight, bed and a chair. The bed was comfortable. There’s a Waffle House a block up and that’s it, no other food options but DoorDash. There is a gas station with a convenience store across the street. Snacks at the hotel are over priced. Hotel is right next to a police station, no safety issues here most likely.
The hotel was very nice. Welcomed us and our dogs. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and pleasant. The man in the breakfast area was as well. Loved our stay. The hotel is right next door to the police substation as well.
I have nothing but good things to say about the Shreveport LA Clarion Pointe! My husband and I had a reservation Sunday night due to his surgery Monday morning. The desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. After sitting at the hospital with my husband in surgery until after midnight Monday (actually Tuesday morning), I knew I had to get a room. I drove back to the Clarion Pte and the gentleman was so sweet, he remembered me from the previous morning as we were leaving, asked about my husband and got me another great room. He stood out front as I walked in with my bag and made me feel safer. Will be back! And will recommend! Thank you
First time staying here. The room was nice. The front desk was very sweet and helpful. Bed was very comfy. They had mini fridge and microwave in the room, with a small desk and comfy chair. Plus a separate chair to sit with a little pull beside table. Good size TV to watch, glad it wasn't the super small ones where you can barely see. It was about a 49" (or 52) smart tv. Did I mention the bed was comfy?! With comfy pillows too!!
Absolutely in love with this place! 10/10 would stay again. Cleanest rooms ever! Very good variety of breakfast. Friendliest staff!
Freshly renovated rooms and they have working washers and dryers. They had 2 washers and 2 dryers. The breakfast was hot and fresh and the staff was very friendly. The bathrooms offered plenty of towels and there is shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bath tub/shower combo
